Complex and time-consuming compliance and security requirements were automated and built into the deal entry process, reducing the time and effort required to complete deals.

Process & Methodology

Research & Discovery

Facilitated interviews and workshops with global business stakeholders and users. Conducted Lean UX activities and Google Design Sprints to gather insights. Captured workflows using magnetic boards and Livescribe during Presumptive Design sessions. Created Work Model Maps and detailed personas to inform design direction.

Design & Iteration

Created paper prototypes during Kaizen events and developed functional prototypes in Axure for user testing. Designed visual assets, user flows, and posters using Adobe Creative Suite. Collected usability data using Excel and structured user inputs through Google Docs, which were framed into Axure for testing.

Implementation & Results

Led cross-geo agile teams to deliver the final product based on iterative feedback. All project updates and milestones were communicated via PowerPoint and tracked in Rally. The final My Deals solution met all compliance standards, dramatically improved the user experience, and was successfully adopted across relevant business units.
