To modernize Intel's HR systems, I led the redesign of the performance recognition process and developed tools to streamline talent management and executive promotions. These efforts resulted in higher employee engagement, improved leadership workflows, and earned the prestigious Intel Achievement Award. The flagship My Insights tool transformed a 40-year-old performance review process into a modern, continuous feedback system, while a mobile-first executive feedback tool replaced outdated methods of leadership promotion voting.
